Nathaniel Sullivan deposition, 1807.

Deposition dated September 8, 1807 from a case in which Nathaniel Sullivan argues he should be allowed to build on his property a ferry across the Ohio River. Fortunatus Cosby is the other party in the suit, and he argues the new ferry would take away business from his existing ferry at the foot of the falls of the Ohio, "two to three miles above the one proposed." A transcript is included.
